Samsung Electronics announced it will release its second LiMo platform release 2 adopted smartphone, named the “Vodafone 360 Samsung M1,” and expects it to be distributed worldwide over 2009 and 2010.
Different from its first LiMo R2 model, the Vodafone 360 H1, the second model is a cost effective option targeting the mass-market by delivering a Vodafone 360 experience, which offers a highly customizable user interface and provides a new set of internet services for mobile phones and the PC that gathers all of a customer’s friends, communities, entertainment and personal favorites in one place, Samsung said.
