Two Good Bits of News for Samsung in Korea

At the press conference at its headquarters last Friday, Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs accepted blame for the newest iPhone’s antenna malfunction. However, he dismissed the problem as so-called “Antennagate.” Jobs said rival smart phones also have reception issues like the iPhone 4.

Aside from the antenna problem, there was big news for Korea. The country is “excepting upcoming iPhone 4 release countries,” Jobs said, citing a lack of “government approval” as the reason.
