Hynix to Spend 465 bln won on Plant Expansion

Hynix Semiconductor, the world’s second-largest computer memory chipmaker, said it will invest 465 billion won (US$410.41 million) to expand its plant facilities and research and development activities in March.
The investment is designed to better respond to market demand and boost the company’s production capacity, Hynix said in a regulatory filing.
